Now I love some mac and cheese. Just as much as I love eating it, I love to make it too. I have made it different ways and this recipe is perhaps one of the most delicious and creative because you donโt need to use eggs.
What you need:
Two Tablespoons of Nestle condensed milk
3 year old aged cheese
Great Value Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of organic unsweetened applesauce (an egg alternative)
Small Box of Great Value Mac and Cheese (exclude powdered sauce)
Small aluminum pan
Instructions:
Cut block cheese into small rectangular cubes
Boil Macaroni for 15 minutes

Once you boil the macaroni, add it to a small pan
Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk to pan

Then a layer of macorni
Then add one teaspoon of organic unsweetened apple sauce. Yes who knew you could use applesauce. I like how this apple sauce adds a layer of delicious to this Mac and cheese. Did you know that applesauce is 82 percent water? So donโt worry about your Mac and cheese having an overpowering apple taste.
Add a layer of the block cheese. Be sure to put enough cheese around the edges. Donโt be like me as shown in the first photo and not put enough cheese at the edges.
Add another layer of macaroni to pan
Set oven on 400 degrees

Bake Mac and Cheese for 25 minutes

This recipe makes two servings. Enjoy ๐
