One vegan option that is available in Miami is Full Bloom Gourmet Vegan Cuisine. When I first visited the restaurant, I really liked the ambience and the welcoming staff at the restaurant, which was a location that I and three friends had a birthday celebration. It was my friend’s 45th birthday and going to the restaurant where they serve vegan meatloaf and Beyond Burger with grilled pineapple (which by the way reminded me of jackfruit) was one of several places we went to celebrate.
Above is a photo copy of our receipt.
After figuring out where to go to eat out, we went to the plant based dining spot straight from the Fontainebleau hotel where we were staying. We enjoyed an outdoor dinning experience at night with a dimly lit environment. We arrived there at around 9:30 pm. to a welcoming young lady server. Prior to ordering our main dishes, we had four buffalo “chicken wings” to share among each other. They were made of cooked crunchy cauliflower with a buffalo sauce on top of them. They were really good.
While eating the Beyond burger, I noticed how savory and sweet it tastes. The sweet taste comes from the jackfruit as it reminded me of BBQ on top of the burger patty. To me the topping on top of the burger was a little overpowering.
Along with my burger order, I had four Yucca wedge-like fries. The fries were cut similar to wedges as they were thicker than the traditional french fries that you would get from other restaurants. The Yucca fries were a hit with me. Or as they said back in the 1990s “it’s bad.”
One of my friends got vegan meatloaf and mac and cheese. She said that she could not taste the cheese as it only tasted like macaroni sans cheese. You could see the vegan “cheese” on there though. From where I was sitting it looked like parmasean cheese. As far as the meatloaf, I think I remember my friend saying it was good.
To top off our dining experience, we had a warm chocolate lava cake with gelato dairy free ice cream.
If you want a quaint and intimate dinning experience with several tasty vegan food options then I would recommend Full Bloom.

The Vegan Marie
There are other vegan restaurants in Miami like the Vegan Haitian restaurant. I remember talking to about this restaurant to two friends, who are Haitian. We did not dine at this restaurant but from the website it looks interesting. There is a vegan restaurant that caught my eye called The Vegan Marie. Located in little Haiti, it offers outdoor seating. I noticed on The Vegan Marie’s breakfast menu they have oatmeal, buckwheat and spelt, which is an ancient grain.
We did go to CASA NEOS for brunch. Since I am vegetarian I ordered french toast and truffle fries. The french toast is described on the menu as featuring “Caramelized Sicilian Pistachio, Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream.”
The french toast is a great vegetarian option. This is the best french toast that I have ever tried in my life. Now, I should have known it was really good, when one of the restaurant employees said that it was the best they ever had. Also, I think she mentioned the french toast is the best in the whole world too. I would not dare say it is out of this world because I have not tried every french toast in the other countries. I am sure it ranks high as great.
The french toast comes with pistascios and fruit on top. The pistacios make for a good garnish and delicious add on. The love that the pistascios added texture to the french toasts. What I like about the french toast is that is was really fluffy.
The truffle fries were amazing. The fries had little pieces of truffle on them which made the presentation of them looking like they came out of a food magazine.
It has a vegan passion fruit crema.
